This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were there at every hours. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, but they fix it. Extremely pleasant hotel and wonderful location. Unquestionably will advise Novotel Liverpool Centre!
